Vejlby-Risskov Skakklub indkalder hermed til den \u00e5rlige, ordin\u00e6re generalforsamling i Vejlby Sogneg\u00e5rd mandag den 17. august 2026, kl. 19.00. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dagsorden, som f\u00f8lger klubbens vedt\u00e6gter, ser s\u00e5dan ud:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Valg af dirigent<\/li>\n
  2. Valg af referent<\/li>\n
  3. Formandens beretning<\/li>\n
  4. Kassereren afl\u00e6gger det reviderede regnskab for regnskabs\u00e5ret 1. juli 2025 \u2013 30. juni 2026.<\/li>\n
  5. Fasts\u00e6ttelse af kontingent. Bestyrelsen foresl\u00e5r u\u00e6ndret kontingent. <\/em><\/li>\n
  6. Indkomne forslag. Bestyrelsen arbejder med et forslag til \u00e6ndring af vedt\u00e6gter vedr. stemmeret til for\u00e6ldre til vores unge medlemmer, som sandsynligvis vil blive fremlagt.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em>Andre forslag fra medlemmerne skal if\u00f8lge vedt\u00e6gterne v\u00e6re formanden i h\u00e6nde senest en uge f\u00f8r, dvs. mandag den 10. august 2025, kl. 18.00.<\/em><\/li>\n
  7. \u00a0Valg af:
    \n\u2022 Bestyrelse (3 medlemmer er p\u00e5 valg for en 2-\u00e5rig periode): Carsten Leed, Eivind Simonsen og Poul Guldb\u00e6k Olesen. Carsten og Eivind modtager ikke genvalg. De to \u00f8vrige medlemmer af bestyrelsen Claus Vangsgaard og Frank Jacobsen er ikke p\u00e5 valg i \u00e5r.<\/em><\/li>\n
  8. To bestyrelsessuppleanter (p\u00e5 valg for en 1-\u00e5rig periode). Ole Schmidt og Ole Villadsen er p\u00e5 valg. \u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n
  9. \u00c8n revisor (p\u00e5 valg for en 2\u2013\u00e5rig periode). Svend Henriksen er p\u00e5 valg.<\/em> Den anden revisor Niels Danstrup er ikke p\u00e5 valg i \u00e5r.<\/em><\/li>\n
