Vejlby-Risskov Skakklub indkalder hermed til den \u00e5rlige, ordin\u00e6re generalforsamling i Vejlby Sogneg\u00e5rd mandag den 16. august 2021, kl. 19.00.<\/p>\n

Dagsorden, som f\u00f8lger klubbens vedt\u00e6gter, ser s\u00e5dan ud:<\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0Valg af dirigent<\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0Valg af referent<\/li>\n
  3. Formandens beretning<\/li>\n
  4. Kassereren afl\u00e6gger det reviderede regnskab for regnskabs\u00e5ret 1\/7-20 \u2013 30\/6-21 Regnskabet vil blive udsendt til medlemmerne f\u00f8r generalforsamlingen.<\/li>\n
  5. Fasts\u00e6ttelse af kontingent. Bestyrelsen foresl\u00e5r u\u00e6ndret kontingent.<\/li>\n
  6. Indkomne forslag. Bestyrelsen kommer ikke med nye forslag i \u00e5r. Forslag fra medlemmerne skal if\u00f8lge vedt\u00e6gterne v\u00e6re Claus Vangsgaard i h\u00e6nde senest en uge f\u00f8r, dvs. mandag den 9\/8, kl. 18.00.<\/li>\n
  7. Valg af:\n
      \n
    1. Bestyrelse (2 medlemmer p\u00e5 valg for en 2-\u00e5rig periode). Claus Vangsgaard og Bent Slottved er p\u00e5 valg. De 3 \u00f8vrige medlemmer af bestyrelsen er Eivind Simonsen og Peter Schleisner og Poul G. Olesen.<\/li>\n
    2. To bestyrelsessuppleanter (p\u00e5 valg for en 1-\u00e5rig periode). Jesper Korsgaard og Ole Villadsen er p\u00e5 valg.<\/li>\n
    3. \u00a0\u00c9n revisor (p\u00e5 valg for en 2\u2013\u00e5rig periode). Niels Danstrup er p\u00e5 valg. Den anden revisor er Svend Henriksen.<\/li>\n
    4. \u00a0Revisorsuppleant. Jesper Korsgaard er p\u00e5 valg.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

      PS. If\u00f8lge vedt\u00e6gterne konstituerer bestyrelsens 5 medlemmer sig efter generalforsamlingen og v\u00e6lger formand, kasserer og sekret\u00e6r. Der skal alts\u00e5 ikke v\u00e6lges direkte til disse poster p\u00e5 generalforsamlingen.<\/p>\n
