{"id":9341,"date":"2023-11-20T12:05:26","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T11:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vrsk.dk\/skak\/?p=9341"},"modified":"2023-11-20T12:08:10","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T11:08:10","slug":"ekstraordinaer-generalforsamling-den-4-12-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vrsk.dk\/skak\/ekstraordinaer-generalforsamling-den-4-12-23\/","title":{"rendered":"Ekstraordin\u00e6r generalforsamling den 4\/12-23"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>\u00a0EKSTRAORDIN\u00c6R GENERALFORSAMLING<\/b><br \/>Vejlby-Risskov Skakklub indkalder hermed til ekstraordin\u00e6r generalforsamling i Vejlby Sogneg\u00e5rd mandag den 4. december 2023, kl. 19.00. <br \/><br \/>Anledningen til den ekstraordin\u00e6re generalforsamling er, at regnskabet for 2022\/23 desv\u00e6rre endnu ikke er godkendt, jf. disse uddrag af referatet fra generalforsamlingen den 14. august i \u00e5r. <br \/><em>Revisorerne skrev i en mail : \u201dOverordnet ser \u00f8konomien fornuftig ud, men revisorerne har ikke kunnet revidere regnskabet, da der ikke har v\u00e6ret en s\u00e5kaldt debiterbar konto i banken. Det vil sige, at det i lang tid ikke har v\u00e6ret muligt at betale regninger fra bankkontoen\u201d. <\/em><br \/><em>Regnskabet blev derfor ikke omdelt og gennemg\u00e5et, men Carsten orienterede kort om, at indt\u00e6gter og udgifter overordnet nogenlunde var p\u00e5 samme niveau som sidste \u00e5r. N\u00e5r klubben igen har adgang til en bankkonto og de ubetalte regninger er betalt, vil der blive indkaldt til ekstraordin\u00e6r generalforsamling, hvor regnskabet forventes at blive godkendt.<\/em><br \/><br \/>I mellemtiden er bankforholdene nu blevet bragt i orden og alle regninger betalt. <br \/><br \/>Vi vil s\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 benytte anledningen til en uformel snak om \u00f8nsker til klubbens aktiviteter fremover, bl.a. baseret p\u00e5 et sp\u00f8rgeskema til medlemmerne, som Peter og Jonas fra bestyrelsen udsender en af de n\u00e6rmeste dage.<br \/><br \/>Dagsordenen ser derfor s\u00e5dan ud :<br \/>1. Freml\u00e6ggelse af regnskab for 2022\/23<br \/>2. Dr\u00f8ftelse af klubbens aktiviteter fremover<br \/>3.
